MWC-Saginaw Bay June 18th-19th
Day 2 AM

The second day of the MWC tournament at Saginaw Bay is a nice change from yesterday's blustery conditions. Instead of having to battle 4-5 foot waves all day, the 70 competitors will be experiencing calm conditions.

Winds are expected to go from calm to 5mph out of the Southwest this afternoon. It was sunny this morning, but has turned to mostly cloudy now. There is a 60% of thunderstorms sometime today, but they are not expected to be severe. They are however, capable of producing heavy rainfalls, wind gusts up to 40mph, and possibly small hail.  Thunderstorm movement will be to the East at 15-20mph.

This afternoon's weigh in will determine who of the 70 teams will be going home with one of the 12 places the MWC will be paying out.
The payouts are as follows:

Payout (70 teams)

1

st: $13,328

2nd: $5,500

3rd: $3,500

4th: $2,800

There is also a $1,000.00 Toyota Bonus for the highest ranked team who drives a Toyota Tundra truck, and a cash payout for the top three "Big Fish" winners.

It's going to be a close one folks! The top 5 teams are within ounces of each other, so it's still anyone's tournament to win.
